Taught by the most accomplished members of Paly Speech & Debate, Advanced Speech Camp focuses on refining and building upon basic speaking skills that students have already learned. The curriculum covers not only prepared speech, but Impromptu Speaking. Impromptu helps students to think on their feet and deliver short, persuasive, informative speeches with limited time for preparation. The sessions will include a variety of activities for the students to practice delivering both written and impromptu speeches with maximum confidence and eloquent style.
